The owner of Apcon Trading Est. is Mr. Saleh Bin Ali Al Adaiba, Qatari having more than 15 years experience in Trading and Construction industry. He was awarded the Degree from Qatar University. He also owns several businesses in Qatar and Saudi Arabia.

Mr. Saleh Ali also oversees the operational delivery of Apcon’s expanding portfolio of real estate, hospitality and infrastructure projects and ensuring client satisfaction. He directs executive management and technical teams in all aspects of our projects. Mr. Saleh has extensive knowledge of starting up projects and successfully managing all field construction and project matters.

General Manager

The General Manger of Apcon Trading Est. is Eng. K. Ramesh, a Civil Engineering Graduate with Masters in Business Administration having 20+ years of experience in the field of construction management in Gulf countries. He has been successfully controlling and monitoring all the construction activities of various projects in Apcon ranging from Residential villas’ compound to high rise buildings.

Being a techno commercial personality, he excels in commanding and managing all the technical, administrative and business aspects of Apcon Contracting branch.
A good command of communication in Arabic language adds to his qualification in dealing with the Local Clients efficiently.

Operation Manager

Eng. Chamila Perera with Bachelor of Engineering qualification in Civil Engineering, formerly working in Civil and Structural Engineering section in one of the most reputed Organisation of Srianka, having more than 15+ years of experience in the field of Project Management, Contract administration, Structural planning and designing including supervision for variety of projects estimating from QR. 2 Million to 300 Million. A unique experience of working as Project Manager, Contract administrator, Project Co-coordinator, consultant and Executive Engineer. More than 8 years of working experience as Project Manager in Doha, Qatar and successfully completed 5 nos. Mega compound projects costing QR. 500 Million.
